Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Two separate things happen on this site, and this policy treats them separately: reading the calculator and guides (anonymous, nothing collected), and submitting the "FMLA Violation" case-review form (collects your contact information and shares it with attorneys). Only the second one involves your personal data.
Using the calculator and guides
Browsing fmlaviolationcalc.com does not collect personal information. We do not require account creation to use the calculator or read the guides. All calculator inputs are processed locally in your browser and are not transmitted to our servers.
If you submit the case-review form
If you fill out and submit the "FMLA Violation" case-review form on this site, we collect the information you enter — typically your name, phone number, email address, and details about your situation — along with a timestamp and record of the consent language you agreed to. This is the only way personal information leaves your browser on this site. Submitting this form is always optional; you can use the calculator and read every guide on this site without ever seeing or completing it.
If you submit the case-review form, your name, phone number, email address, and case details are shared with one or more attorneys or their agents licensed to practice in your jurisdiction, so they can evaluate your situation and contact you about it. The Click Lab Agency LLC, which operates fmlaviolationcalc.com, is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not vet, endorse, or guarantee the attorneys in this network. Submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship with The Click Lab Agency LLC or with any attorney until and unless that attorney separately agrees to represent you. The Click Lab Agency LLC may be compensated for these referrals. This arrangement is disclosed on the form itself at the point of submission.
By submitting the form, you separately consent to be contacted by phone, text, and email — including by automated dialing technology — by The Click Lab Agency LLC and the attorneys or agents your information is shared with. That consent is not required to use any other part of this site, and you can decline it by not submitting the form.
Cookies and advertising
This site uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google AdSense sets cookies to serve relevant advertisements based on your browsing history and interests. These cookies are set by Google, not by fmlaviolationcalc.com, and are governed by Google’s privacy policy. You can manage your Google advertising preferences at adssettings.google.com.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to collect aggregate, anonymized traffic data — page views, session counts, and general geographic distribution. This data is used only to understand usage patterns and is not used to identify individual visitors. Google Analytics data is governed by Google’s privacy policy.
Third-party services
Beyond the attorneys or their agents who receive case-review form submissions (see above), the only third-party services active on this site are Google AdSense and Google Analytics. Both are operated by Google LLC and subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
Your choices
The simplest opt-out for the attorney-sharing described above is not to submit the case-review form. Nothing about your visit is shared with any attorney unless you complete and submit it yourself. If you’ve already submitted the form and want to stop being contacted, email hey@theclicklab.agency with the subject line [OPT-OUT], or visit theclicklab.agency/optout. We will notify the attorney or agent your information was shared with and remove you from further outreach on our end.
You can opt out of Google interest-based advertising at Google Ad Settings. You can prevent Google Analytics data collection by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
Sharing your case-review form information with attorneys in exchange for compensation may constitute a "sale" or "share" of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. You have the right to opt out — the easiest way is not submitting the case-review form; to exercise this right after submission, email hey@theclicklab.agency with the subject line [CCPA OPT-OUT]. We do not sell or share data collected only through anonymous site browsing.
EEA / UK residents (GDPR)
The legal basis for processing case-review form data is your consent, given at the point of submission, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data — email hey@theclicklab.agency with the subject line [PRIVACY REQUEST].
